Overview
1.1. Torbay Council is seeking to establish a supply arrangement for approximately 20 Form F (Fostering Assessment) assignments for a period of 12 months. These opportunities may arise anywhere across the UK, so we are looking to engage agencies with national reach, operational flexibility, and robust internal quality assurance processes. 1.2. The Supplier will be expected to provide suitably qualified social work professionals to undertake these assessments. Form F Assessors must hold a recognised social work qualification, maintain professional social work registration, and have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in assessment work. 1.3. The Supplier will be expected to provide Quality Assurance Leads who hold a recognised social work qualification, maintain professional social work registration, and have at least five years' post-qualification experience in assessment and quality assurance.
