The Council is looking to appointed a Multi‑Disciplinary Design Team Framework to support the ongoing school expansion programme and to allow other service areas within the Council to call off design team consultancy support for additional Capital project requirements.

Renewal: The initial term of the Framework will be for the period of two (2) years from commencement but may be extended, by mutual agreement by two (2) increments of 12-months to an expiry date no later than four (4) years from commencement. The services will be subject of review in the second and third years and the results of those reviews will inform the Council’s decision whether to offer any extension.

Call-Off Contracts under this Framework may be awarded using the following mechanisms: • Direct Award, where the Council determines that a Supplier is best placed to deliver the required services in accordance with the Framework terms; and • Further Competition, where the Council invites Framework Suppliers to submit additional proposals for specific requirements.
