Prestations de contrôles accréditation COFRAC préalables à la réception des ouvrages d'assainissement, essais de matériaux et production des rapports
Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans montant minimum, maximum 250 000 € HT par an (1 000 000 € HT sur la durée totale). Durée : 1 an reconductible tacitement 3 fois. Accréditation COFRAC (programme 12.1.1) exigée à peine d'irrecevabilité. Essais sur site obligatoires pendant la consultation, sur rendez-vous pris au plus tard le 15/10/2026 à 16h (cf. RC art. 4.3).
