Overview
El objeto del presente contrato es la gestión integral de los Centros de Ejecución de Medidas Judiciales de internamiento “El Laurel” y “El Lavadero”, adscritos a la AGENCIA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID PARA LA REEDUCACIÓN Y REINSERCIÓN DEL MENOR INFRACTOR. Dicha gestión integral engloba la prestación de todos los servicios necesarios, incluidos los de carácter técnico y profesional, por la/s entidad/es adjudicataria/s que se vinculan a un total de 106 plazas disponibles en estos dos Centros. Dichas plazas están destinadas a menores y jóvenes infractores respecto de los que las Secciones de Menores de los Tribunales de Instancia hayan adoptado las medidas judiciales de internamiento previstas en la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, Reguladora de la Responsabilidad Penal del Menor, en los regímenes cerrado, semiabierto, abierto, terapéutico (ya sea por salud mental o por consumo de sustancias tóxicas) y de fin de semana.
