Overview

The objective of this consultancy procurement is to strengthen the Norwegian Navy's assistance with the Norwegian Navy and our allies and cooperation partners. FMA has, on the occasion, a need for up to 9 resources to assist with the execution of public procurements, procurements and contract management.

Climate and environment There are no requirements or award criteria in accordance with PPR § 7-9, as the fifth section of the provision will apply to this procurement. Classical consultancy services shall be procured where the hired consultants from office space made available by the contracting authority shall assist the contracting authority with public procurements, procurements and contract management on an hourly basis. There will be limited travel activities. A consultant ́s climate footprint and environmental impact will be equal to the load from an average permanent employee. The main service and therefore the nature is the consultant ́s work efforts. This type of consultancy services has, in its nature, a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is "immaterial". Refer to the Guidelines on Rules on Climate and Environmental Considerations in public procurements point 7.2, in which both "Legal services and judicial services" and "Consultancy and analysis services" are listed as "Procurements that, in their nature, are considered to have a climate footprint and environmental impact that is immaterial."
