The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) implemented multiple SAP modules in 2017 as a strategic initiative to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth. These implementations were intended to: automate and integrate business processes; enable consistent data and practices across the Corporation; improve real-time access to information for decision-making; and enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
