Government Commercial Agency (GCA) as the Authority intends to put in place a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of Construction Professional Services including but not limited to; project management, engineering, cost consultancy, design services, architectural services, and environmental and sustainability services.
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Directive 2014/24/EU)
VI.3: → The Construction Professional Services DPS established under Contract Notice 2021/S 000-024268 referred to JCT 2016 terms and conditions as part of the range of call-off contract terms set out in the procurement documents. The GCA will be updating them to the JCT 2024 edition of the terms and conditions for use on the DPS from 1 September 2026.
