La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint de Maitrise d'oeuvre en application des articles L.2125-1 2° et R.2162-15 à R.2162-26 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit du lancement de la première phase du concours afin de sélectionner quatre candidats pour présenter une étude architecturale (phase 2). ACM Habitat prévoit de construire une résidence d'environ 55 logements collectifs, 500 m² de SDP en RDC dédiés aux activités/commerces et 58 places de stationnement. Le projet sera situé ZAC MONTPELLIER SUD - Sous-secteur MAURIN - lot M3a sur la commune de Montpellier. La SDP des logements est d'environ 3700 m² (dont 2300 m² de logements sociaux et 1400 m² de logements BRS) et celle des locaux activités/commerces/stationnement d'environ 500 m²
