La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception-réalisation dans le cadre d'une résidentialisation et de la réhabilitation thermique de 200 logements LLS quartier de la croix blanche a Vigneux-sur-Seine (91). Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché prévoit quatre (4) tranches optionnelles et deux variantes obligatoires.
