Award Criterion E - Ultimate Cost - Fixed Price Lump Sum Description of the method to be used if weighting cannot be expressed by criteria: Tenderers are required to tender a lump-sum fee and relevant hourly rates as per the Form of Tender, on the following page. All costs quoted are inclusive of all out of pocket expenses, travel, subsistence and ancillary expenses and other costs of every description. Tenderers are also required to populate the attached Resource & Pricing Schedule (Appendix 2) which details how the lump sum fee was arrived at, breaking down each of the key stages by line. The Form of Tender must be accurate and reflect the supporting pricing documentation offered elsewhere in Appendix 2
