Overview
Mit dem Bezug des neuen Polizeizentrums (PZB) wird auch die Betriebsorganisation Facility Management neu organisiert und aufgebaut. Damit diese Organisation ihre Tätigkeiten rechtskonform, fristgerecht und in der erforderliche Leistungstiefe wahrnehmen kann, ist eine systemische Unterstützung erforderlich. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt deshalb die Beschaffung und Einführung eines Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM-Systems). Das CAFM-System ist primär für den Betrieb des Neubaus des PZB in Niederwangen einzusetzen. Optional ist das CAFM-System noch auf weitere Standorte des Auftraggebers (maximal 10 Gebäude, Hauptnutzfläche insgesamt ca. 50’000 m²) zu erweitern.
Begründung des Abbruchs Im offenen Verfahren sind keine Angebote eingegangen.
