Produsele se vor livra la adresa : Facultatea de Electronică, Telecomunicații și Tehnologia Informației, B-dul Carol I, nr.11A, Iași. Termenul de livrare este de 45 zile de la semnarea contractului/comenzii , la sediul beneficiarului. În cazul în care, din vina sa exclusivă, executantul nu reuşeşte să livreze în termen de 45 zile, atunci achizitorul are dreptul de a solicita plata unor penalităţi, o suma echivalentă cu o cotă procentuală de 0,1%/zi din preţul de achizitie.
Plata se va face în cont de Trezorerie, prin OP, în maxim 30 zile de la facturare și recepția produselor.
