Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien préventif et la maintenance corrective des Système de détections et d'Alarme Incendie (S.S.I) installés dans les bâtiments communaux. Lot 1 - HOTEL DE VILLE et SITE PABLO PICASSO, Lot 2 - BATIMENTS COMMUNAUX L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction.
