Les stipulations du présent marché porte sur la collecte des encombrants sur le territoire de la communauté de communes de la Castagniccia-Casinca
Pour le lot n°1, la forme du contrat est le marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire. Pour le lot n°2, la forme du contrat est l'accord-cadre avec maximum (20 000 € HT maximum par période soit 80 000 € HT maximum toutes périodes confondues). Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique.
