Key information
Overview
The Central Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee has commenced a review of the adopted Central Lincolnshire Local Plan (April 2023), supported by an initial timetable for delivery. Further details on the Local Plan are available on the Central Lincolnshire website: Homepage | Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. Central Lincolnshire covers the administrative areas of City of Lincoln Council, North Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council (see Figure 1). The adopted Local Plan is a forward thinking and industry leading document in relation to climate change, setting energy efficiency standards, identifying locations for renewable energy generation, and more. At this early stage of the Local Plan review, work is focused on preparing the evidence base required to support the emerging plan. To assist with this process, the Central Lincolnshire Local Plans Team is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultancy support to prepare climate change evidence for Central Lincolnshire.
