Castle Point Borough Council required the delivery of a new Changing Places Facility and associated remodelling works at South Benfleet Playing Fields. The works form part of the wider development of the borough's first fully inclusive and accessible playground and shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements set out within the specification.
Award criteria: Award will be made following a commercial, technical and social evaluation process and then a technical consensus meeting will be held to agree on final scores based on the scoring methodology within the tender.
