This project aims to develop a comprehensive Economic and Revitalisation Plan (the Plan) that supports sustainable growth and enhances the village’s unique character, improving quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors. The Plan will identify strategies to boost the local economy, improve public realm and infrastructure, preserve and celebrate heritage and encourage a vibrant, inclusive community. It will be evidence-based, informed by stakeholder engagement and aligned with local and national policy. The final outcome will be an actionable roadmap that outlines short, medium and long-term initiatives to guide the future development and revitalisation of Rathfarnham Village.
