The supplier possesses the detailed knowledge and expertise necessary to support the successful delivery of this additional requirement. The Project Director role will become vacant for the CCE in October 2026. This is an unforeseen vacancy. The additional support is critical to the project progression and success.

Appointing an alternative supplier would result in programme delays, duplication of effort, and a loss of continuity, increasing delivery risk and reducing efficiency. The Project Director role will become vacant for the CCE in October 2026. This is an unforeseen vacancy. As Udavey Ltd has previously stepped into the Interim role during a period of medical leave, and with Udavey Ltd's unique background and knowledge, it will be critical to ensure the Project's continuity at a critical phase in its programme.
