Overview
The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply, storage and delivery of natural stone kerbs and paving materials for the Cavendish Street Public Realm Improvement Scheme. Suppliers wishing to participate must register on the Atamis e-tendering portal and access the procurement opportunity through the portal. All tender submissions must be made electronically via Atamis by the stated deadline. Submissions made by any other means will be deemed non-compliant and will not be accepted.
Renewal: The Council may extend the initial 9-month Contract Period by up to 5 months. Options: The Contract includes an optional Phase 2 for the additional supply of materials. Phase 2 is subject to funding approval and may be exercised at the Council’s sole discretion by written notice to the Supplier. The Council is under no obligation to exercise the Phase 2 option.
