Overview

The NMC seeks to appoint a Supplier or Suppliers who can successfully deliver the migration of cases and/or documents specifically to Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint respectively. The NMC is carrying out PME ahead of any procurement activity, including an EOI and RFI exercise

Procurement Act 2023

The preliminary market engagement (PME) exercise is being undertaken to inform the upcoming procurement for the provision of a supplier that can support the NMC with the migration of cases, documents or both from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint respectively. Also, will include migrating case related data and documents relating to closed cases to designated storage functionality. The purpose of the PME exercise is to: Confirm the market’s ability and capacity to deliver the required services. Identify the likely cost and timeframe for delivery of the services required. Test and validate the proposed approach. This information will help us ensure any future tender documentation, particularly the specification, is clear, proportionate and realistic in reflecting our requirements and expectations – prior to undertaking a procurement exercise. This information will be gathered via a RFI questionnaire which includes an EOI process. Any contract start and end dates, including extension periods published as part of this PME notice are estimates only.
