achizitia se va finaliza prin transmiterea coenzilor ofertantilor castigatori. Livrarea se va efectua in termen de 10 zile la sediul unitatii din mun.Giuirgiu, bdul CFR nr.9. Produsele vor fi insotitie de declaratii de calitate si conformitate. Plata se va efectua intre 25-30 ale lunii, intermen de 30 de zile de la livrare.
se accepta oferte partiale, se va analiza fiecare lot in parte. Ofertele vor fi valabile 30 de zile. Oferta tehnic va cuprinde specificatiile produselor ofertate, in comparatie cu specificatiile solicitate. Specificatiile vor fi prezentate in limba romana. Oferta financiara va cuprinde valoarea ofertata, fara TVA pe unitate de produs.
