The tender covers the refurbishment and optimisation of the kitchen, canteen and cafeteria in Building P8 of the European Patent Office in Munich. The scope of work includes the dismantling and disposal of existing kitchen and refrigeration equipment, the supply, installation and commissioning of new commercial kitchen and dishwashing equipment, and the adaptation of serving and return areas. In addition, the preparation of construction and as-built documentation, the training of operational staff and, optionally, maintenance services are included.

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Sanierung und Optimierung der Küche, Kantine und Cafeteria im Gebäude P8 des Europäischen Patentamts in München. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Demontage und Entsorgung bestehender küchen- und kältetechnischer Einrichtungen, die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme neuer Großküchen- und Spültechnik sowie die Anpassung von Ausgabe- und Rückgabebereichen. Darüber hinaus sind die Erstellung von Ausführungs- und Bestandsunterlagen, die Einweisung des Betriebspersonals sowie optional Wartungsleistungen vorgesehen.

L'appel d'offres porte sur la rénovation et l'optimisation de la cuisine, de la cantine et de la cafétéria du bâtiment P8 de l'Office européen des brevets à Munich. Le cahier des charges comprend le démontage et l'élimination des équipements de cuisine et de réfrigération existants, la livraison, le montage et la mise en service de nouveaux équipements de cuisine industrielle et de lavage, ainsi que l'aménagement des zones de distribution et de retour. Sont également prévus la rédaction des documents d'exécution et d'état des lieux, la formation du personnel d'exploitation ainsi que, en option, des prestations de maintenance.

Proposals for variants, the effect of which would be to reduce significantly the rights and safeguards of the EPO, are not allowed. Questions submitted after the deadline for receipt of requests for clarification will not be answered. After expiry of the deadline, the questions submitted by others and the corresponding clarifications will be available in the EPO procurement portal. If several bidders submit a joint bid, they must be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the obligations under the contract. A declaration to this effect, duly signed by all members of the grouping and appointing a representative authorised to act on behalf of all members, must be submitted with the bid.

Änderungsvorschläge, die sich in einer erheblichen Einschränkung der Rechte und Sicherheiten der EPO niederschlagen würden, sind nicht zulässig. Fragen, die nach der Annahmefrist für Rückfragen eingehen, werden nicht beantwortet. Es ist jedoch nach Fristablauf möglich, eine Liste der von anderen Bietern eingereichten Fragen und der entsprechenden Antworten im Procurement Portal einzusehen. Reichen mehrere Bieter ein gemeinsames Angebot ein, so haften sie gesamtschuldnerisch für die Erfüllung der vertraglichen Verpflichtungen. Zusammen mit dem Angebot ist eine entsprechende von allen Mitgliedern der Bietergemeinschaft unterzeichnete Erklärung einzureichen, in der ein Vertreter bestimmt ist, der bevollmächtigt ist, für alle Mitglieder zu handeln.

Si des candidats soumettent une offre en commun, ils doivent être conjointement et solidairement responsables de l'exécution des obligations découlant du contrat. Une déclaration à cet effet, dûment signée par tous les membres du groupement et désignant un représentant autorisé à agir pour le compte de tous les membres, doit accompagner l'offre.
