Depaul Ireland invites tenders to design, supply and install four fully fitted one bedroom residential pods at McGwire House, Bath Street, Waterford, X91 CD93. We intend to buy the units outright. The pods will provide temporary homes for people experiencing homelessness and help them prepare for independent living. They will be used by successive service users and occupied throughout the year. They must be safe, durable, comfortable and easy to clean and maintain.
