Greenan's Cross Restoration Committee seeks to engage design and consultancy services in relation to the preparation of construction-ready plans for a walking trail at Cashlan Lough, Lecklevera, Newbliss, Co. Monaghan. The Committee is inviting applications from suitably qualified ecology and engineering consultants who can provide design consultancy services, including preliminary environmental and topographical investigations, constraints analysis, planning, and trail design. The output will include a clear, costed outline of works to be undertaken to establish the trail.
