Overview
Tenders are invited from contractors having the resources, sufficient capacity and experience working with Local Authority clients to prepare conservation area appraisals, masterplans and design guides. All works must be in accordance with the specification in the tender documents. The full details of the Council's requirement can be found in the tender documents The contract will likely commence January 2027, and we anticipate a contract period of approximately 16 weeks.
Renewal: Tenderers must work towards the dates provided above. Please identify in your method statements if the dates provided are not suitable. Once in contract, extensions of up to 1 month may be acceptable and could include; failure of client to respond in a timely manner or stakeholder delays.
