Veiligheidsregio Utrecht (VRU) is voornemens om de bestaande brandweerhulpboten (BHB) te gaan vervangen. VRU heeft hiervoor een concept Programma van Eisen opgesteld. Dit Programma van Eisen wil zij graag toetsen op haalbaarheid. Daarnaast heeft VRU diverse vragen om tot een zo goed mogelijke aanbesteding te komen. VRU is voornemens om 4 brandweerhulpboten te gaan aanschaffen. Aan de genoemde aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
