Przedmiotem zamówienia jest bieżące utrzymanie dróg na terenie miasta i gminy Gostyń. Zakres robót obejmuje: a) Remont cząstkowy nawierzchni bitumicznej (łaty wraz z frezowaniem) masą asfaltową gr. 4 cm – szacunkowy zakres robót 260 m2, b) Profilowanie istniejącej nawierzchni masą bitumiczną gr. 5 cm - szacunkowy zakres robót 1700 m2.
Zamówienie udzielane jest w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie: art. 305 pkt 1 ustawy w zw. z art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy
