Gemeente Purmerend is wettelijk verplicht de geo basisregistratie BGT voor haar grondgebied te registreren en aan te leveren aan de LV-BGT binnen de wettelijke termijnen. De gemeente registreert de IMGEO objecten in eigen beheer inclusief de (landmeetkundige) inwinning van de geometrie. De huidige overeenkomst expireert in 2027, waardoor Gemeente zich wil voorbereiden op een mogelijke aanbesteding. Marktconsultatie.
