Overview

Deze aanbesteding richt zich op het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer die WL kan voorzien in de behoefte aan beheer, support, projecten en ontwikkeling ten behoeve van de IBM MAS applicatie. Hierbij wordt IBM MAS in de eigen Azure omgeving van WL ondergebracht. De activiteiten die de te contracteren opdrachtnemer moet gaan uitvoeren bestaan onder andere uit: a. Upgrade implementatie van MAS (vigerend); b. Beheer MAS platform op Microsoft Azure; c. Advisering omtrent de aantallen van licenties in verband met het gebruik. De licenties zelf worden via onze softwarebroker ingekocht; d. Technische ondersteuning; e. Ontwikkeling gericht op toekomstige updates en eventueel advies hoe om te gaan met wijzigingen; f. Functionele ondersteuning.
