Gasunie intends to contract a Balancing Responsible Party for her entire portfolio. The total annual demand is approximately 750-800 GWh. Besides the BRP role, Gasunie aims to conduct a flex optimisation study with the contracted party to identify flex opportunities in her portfolio as well as identifying how these opportunities can be utilized. The balancing of the Gasunie portfolio will be performed based on fixed transaction fees, with a seperate fee for each participation in the Gasunie group. The flex optimisation study will be compensated based on a profit share construction when implemented. In case the results are not implemented, Gasunie will make compensation payments to the contracted party for the study efforts. The award criteria wil be based on the best price-quality ratio.
