North West London Procurement Services (NWLPS) is undertaking a major transformation programme that will see multiple NHS organisations transition to a common Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and shared services operating model over a two-year implementation period. As part of this programme, NWLPS aims to standardise supplier and payroll payment processing across participating organisations.

The objectives of this EOI are to: • Understand the current market for BACS payment processing solutions. • Assess supplier capability, capacity and experience in delivering services across multiple organisations. • Explore technical integration options with Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Understand available commercial models and indicative pricing structures. • Identify suitable procurement routes and framework options. • Inform the development of the procurement and contracting strategy for a future competitive procurement exercise.
