Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch die Niedersächsische Landesbehörde für Straßen-bau und Verkehr - Geschäftsbereich Verden plant die Verlegung der Bundesstraße 3 von nordöstlich Celle (B 191) bis südöstlich Celle (B 214) -OU Celle Mittelteil- von Bau-km 23+340 bis Bau-km 28+645. Im Zuge dessen sollen 11 Brückenbauwerke für die Ortsumgehung Celle errichtet werden. Die vorliegende Baubeschreibung umfasst die Herstellung des Bauwerks "Brücke über den Freitags-graben, Ce 20".
