Overview

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement. A single operator framework agreement for supply, implementation, and support of a Student Work Placement Software System. The system will optimise student placement management, streamline placement provider engagement, and enhance compliance and reporting. The system must handle end-to-end placement processes, for student applications and must support rules-based allocation and support configurable recommendation/matching criteria, real-time tracking, feedback collection, and reporting. It should integrate seamlessly with existing MIS/CRM systems like Student Record System - Banner or similar, support multi- tenant access for academic partners, and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility with GDPR compliance. The initial contract relates to a pilot implementation for the School of Education, St Angela’s, Sligo. Please refer to attached documentation for further information.
