To conduct principal inspection of Luton DART civil engineering assets, followed by ongoing general inspections. Also to review structural engineering reports and inspections for a landslip, drains, manholes etc. to be inspected and reviews of all civil structures and assets at the airport.
Options: The right to instruct additional surveys and minor repairs as may be identified from annual or principal inspections as and when required. Modification or variation of contract can also be undertaken as the need arises as new contract.
