This is an intention notice to announce that the contracting authority UNN HF is planning to procure an assault alarm from the current supplier. UNN Åsgård in Tromsø is a central psychiatric ward under the University Hospital of North Norway (UNN). Nye UNN Åsgård (NUÅ) is a project for the University Hospital of North Norway Health trust and The Regional Health Authority North RHF. The aim of NUÅ is to establish new areas for mental health and the substance abuse clinic ́s activity at Åsgård in Tromsø. The clinic safeguards patients at all levels, including security psychiatry. The existing building at Åsgård is inappropriate for the current patient treatment and partly in a very poor technical condition. New areas will give a long-awaited boost in the quality of health services and contribute to increased patient safety. A new building of 20,190 m² shall be constructed and 2,740 m² existing building shall be renovated. The University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to safeguard the project management for the project. Sykehusbygg is owned by the country's four regional health authorities (RHF), which in turn are owned by the state by the Ministry of Health and Care Services. Sykehusbygg is an internal supplier for the regional health authorities and the national health company. Sykehusbygg shall, as an internal supplier, facilitate and contribute to standardisation, experience transfer, good resource utilisation and resource access in engineering design services and construction of hospitals.
