Archeologische Opgraving De Amfoor. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit twee onderdelen: 1. Het volledig en conform het archeologisch Programma van Eisen opgraven en documenteren van het archeologisch Rijksmonument 513109, voor zover dat binnen het betreffende plangebied ligt (ca 8.300 m²) EN 2. Het in combinatie met het archeologisch onderzoek detecteren, benaderen en qua Onontplofte Oorlogsresten vrijgeven van het gehele te ontwikkelen gebied (omvang ca 1,1 hectare) Zie aanbestedingsstukken.
