L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire de l'accord-cadre, en application des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux accords-cadres ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 Lots : Lot 1 - 86 NATURA 2000 – ETANGS D’ASNIERES (Montant Maximum sur la durée de l'accord-cadre 53 000 € HT) / Lot 2 - 86 NATURA 2000 – PLAINES DU MIREBALAIS (Montant Maximum sur la durée de l'accord-cadre 79 000 € HT) / Lot 3 - 23 NATURA 2000 – VALLEE DU TAURION (Montant Maximum sur la durée de l'accord-cadre 145 000 € HT).
