The Foreign Ministry of Oman is situated in the Shatti al Qurum district of Muscat, opposite the Royal Opera House Muscat and to the east of the W Hotel. It is adjacent to the Wadi Adai nature reserve. There are approximately 650 staff who work on site across three main buildings. The Ministry invites qualified facilities management service providers, registered in the Sultanate of Oman, to submit technical and commercial proposals for an integrated Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering the site facilities, MEP systems, specialist systems, cleaning, landscaping and gardening, irrigation, pest control and associated services described in this document. The objective of the contract is to maintain the site to an international high standard of presentation, reliability, cleanliness, safety and operational readiness, with regard to the requirements of a government and diplomatic facility and the need to support VIP meetings, official functions and other Ministry activities.
