Applikationen har stöd för bokning mot bakomliggande journalsystem samt videokonsultation med vården. Alltid öppet är klassificerad till ett Nationellt Medicinskt informationssystem och registrerat hos Läkemedelsverket. Denna upphandling omfattar support, underhåll samt vidareutveckling av Alltid öppet.
