The requested services must support Ethernet. The requested services must be provided as IP Layer 3 or Ethernet Layer 2 over Ethernet 802.1q VLANs. The requested services must be capable of passing 802.1Q tagged and untagged frames. The requested services must support frame sizes of up to 1522 bytes without fragmentation. The requested services must be Intrastate in nature as defined by the FCC 10% rule. The requested services must support up to at least 10000 unique MAC addresses per A-end location (as identified on the attached spreadsheet in the "A-end address" column).
