Overview

Tenders are invited for the Provision of horses, arenas, stabling facilities, and an appropriate lecture area to support the delivery of Equine Science modules throughout the teaching semester. The successful tenderer will be required to supply facilities and resources that meet all operational, welfare, and educational standards associated with the programme. This provision includes ensuring that all horses, infrastructure, and teaching spaces are maintained to a standard suitable for consistent academic delivery, practical instruction, and student safety. Tenderers should demonstrate their capacity to provide reliable access to appropriately trained horses, safe and well managed arenas, compliant stabling facilities, and a suitably equipped lecture environment. The service must be available for the full duration of the teaching semester (September to May inclusive) and must support all scheduled teaching activities, including practical classes, demonstrations, and assessments. Tender submissions should outline the proposed facilities, management practices, welfare protocols, and any additional supports that will contribute to the effective delivery of the programme.
