Se vor achizitiona Adeziv- Lot 1; Profil trecere, ipsos – Lot 2;, conform cerintelor tehnice si comerciale atasate. Oferta se poate depune pentru un lot sau ambele loturi. valoare estimata: LOT 1-124,00 lei fara TVA; Lot 2- 958.07 lei fara TVA.
Produsele se vor livra in termen de maxim 30 zile de la data transmiterii comenzii ferme . Pentru receptia de catre beneficiar a produselor, ofertantul trebuie sa livreze produsele insotite de documentele solicitate, lipsa acestor documente putând duce la refuzul marfii:-Aviz de însoțire;- Declarație de conformitate; produsele vor avea o garanție de minim 12 luni de la livrare.
Oferta va intocmita -obligatoriu- conform cerintelor entitatii contractante din formularele atasate. Formularele in format editabil vor puse la dispozitia operatorilor economici interesati, in baza unei solicitari trimisepe adresa: [email protected]. Oferta va transmisa pana la data specificata, scanat la adresa: [email protected] . Termen de valabilitate a ofertei: 90 de zilesi poate fi acceptata oricând înaintede expirarea perioadei de valabilitate
Ofertantului declarat castigator i se va lansa comanda comerciala ferma.
