Termen de plata 30 de zile de la receptia marfii daca nu sunt obiectiuni, si comunicarea facturii electronice catre destinatar (conform art. 4. alin(7) din OUG 120 ) .Factura va conține obligatoriu codul CPV prevăzut în anuntul de publicitate.
