Overview
Studiul de fezabilitate se va actualiza in conformitate cu prevederile HG 907/2016 - privind etapele de elaborare şi conţinutul cadru al documentaţiilor tehnico-economice aferente obiectivelor/ proiectelor de investiţii finanţate din fonduri publice. Documentaţia tehnică întocmită de proiectant se va conforma standardelor în vigoare. Studiul de fezabilitate va cuprinde obligatoriu urmatoarele: - expertiza tehnica - studiul geotehnic verificat pentru cerinta Af - studiul topografic vizat OCPI Brasov - studiul de trafic - analiza cost-beneficiu - documentatia necesara in vederea exproprierii (daca este cazul) - avize si acorduri de projncipiu solicitatie prin certif de urbanism Autoritatea contractanta pune la dispozitia ofertantilor urmatoarele: a) CU nr.447/19.02.2019 b) Studiu geotehnic elaborat de GEOFOR SRL in 2008 c) Studiu topografic elaborat de DARA IMPORT-EXPORT SRL in 2008 d) Studiul de fezabilitate elaborat de DARA IMPORT-EXPORT SRL in 2008
