Se solicita dovada autorizarii tehnice valabile conform Ordonantei nr. 82/2000, modificata prin Legea 51/2013, a Ordinului ministrului transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului nr. 2.131/2005, modificat prin Ordinului ministrului transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului nr. 1.022/2013.
