Operatorii economici vor transmite solicitarile de clarificari / informatii suplimentare cu cel putin 16 zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor iar raspunsul autoritatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis cu 11 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu prevederile art.160 si 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
