ACHIZITII MEDICAMENTE – conform caiet de sarcini, 262 loturi, conform Anexa B. Cantitatile solicitate care fac obiectul achizitiei se regasesc in caietul de sarcini atasat in sectiunea "Documente". „Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in termen de maxim 3(trei) zile lucratoare de la data primirii unei astfel de solicitari”, conform Legii nr. 98/2016 si OUG nr. 107/2017. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 10(zece) zile.
