Autoritatea contractantă va plăti contravaloarea serviciilor prin cont de trezorerie, in termen de maxim 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii electronice in SPV, conform art. II din Legea 139/2022 pentru aprobarea OUG 120/2021. Conform art.I din OUG nr. 138/2024 in facturile emise pentru operatiunile realizate in baza unor contracte de achizitii publice se inscrie in mod obligatoriu codul CPV corespunzator.
