Tribunalul Vaslui cu sediul in Municipiul Vaslui, solicita oferta de pret in vederea achizitionarii de servicii de protectie tip antivirus . Procedura de achizitie aplicata este "Achizitia directa prin intermediul SICAP", in baza prevederilor art 7 alin(5) si alin (7) din Legea 98/2016
Conditii de plata: plata serviciilor se va face prin ordin de plata la 30 zile de la data încărcării facturii în sistemul RO E-factură. Prestarea serviciilor se va face cf contract.
Oferta semnată si stampilata se va transmite la adresa de email: [email protected] si se va publica si in catalogul din SICAP de catre ofertantul declarat castigator. Oferta este compusa din ofertă financiară si tehnică.
