ACHIZITIE PACHET MEDICAMENTE SNC Pachet medicamente format din: -LEVOMEPROMAZIN 25 mg- 600 comprimate; -MELATONINA 3 mg- 60 comprimate; -SOLUTIE POLIBROMURI - 3 cutii; -RIVOTRIL 0,5 mg- 2 cutii Orice operator economic care are ca domeniu de activitate comercializarea produselor cuprinse in anunt. In acest sens se va prezenta certificat constatator ONRC Operatorul economic trebuie sa fie listat in SICAP; sa detina cont la trezorerie; plata se face la maxim 30 zile; preturile vor fi detaliate pe fiecare produs in parte; se vor lua in considerare ofertele care indeplinesc minim cerintele din descrierea atasata/caietul de sarcini. -livrarea la beneficiar trebuie sa fie gratuita si in cel mai scurt timp de la primirea comenzii / atribuirea achizitiei directe.
